Yes, but you will have to redo the tweaks since a factory reset brings your settings back to their default state.

No, unfortunatly we don't allow KEY resets for people who use spoofers or change their motherboards, the license key will work on the same PC, unless spoof or change your motherboard (upgrading other pc parts is fine). Unfortuantly key resets can be easily abused and thats why we don't offer them, we are sorry.
