By purchasing any EXM product, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Product Nature

EXM 2.0 (including EXM Premium and all related digital tools, licenses, and utilities) is a non-tangible, instantly delivered digital product.
Once access is granted, the product is considered used.

No physical items are shipped.

2. Strict Refund Policy

Because EXM applies system modifications, unlocks digital features immediately, and can be easily abused, all sales are final.

Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances.

We will only review requests in exceptional, proven cases, such as:

  • Critical technical issues that prevent activation or use

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Payment processing errors

3. Refund Request Requirements

If you believe you qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase via email or Discord.

You must include:

  • Order ID or proof of purchase

  • Explanation of the issue

  • Video or image evidence of any claimed technical problem

Refunds are approved or denied at our sole discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Purchase made by mistake

  • “I don’t need it anymore”

  • Issues resulting from third-party tweaks, cracks, or modifications

5. No Tampering Policy

Any attempt to:
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, debug, crack, bypass security, unpack, devirtualize, modify, or interfere with EXM 2.0
is strictly prohibited.

Violations result in:

  • Immediate termination of your license

  • Permanent ban from EXM

  • Possible legal action

No refunds are provided if tampering is detected.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take up to 10 days, depending on your bank or provider

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of EXM after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
