What affiliate tiers are available?
EXM offers four affiliate tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Your tier is based on total premium referrals and recent performance.
What is the Bronze tier?
Bronze is the default tier assigned when you join the affiliate program.
Commission: 15%
Free EXM Premium access: No
Downgrade conditions: Not applicable
How do I reach the Silver tier?
You reach Silver after 15 total premium referrals.
Commission: 25%
EXM Premium access: Lifetime access included
Downgrade condition: Fewer than 5 new conversions within 30 days
How do I reach the Gold tier?
You reach Gold after 30 total premium referrals.
Commission: 30%
EXM Premium access: Lifetime access included
Downgrade condition: Fewer than 15 new conversions within 30 days
What is the Diamond tier?
Diamond is reserved for large creators and official EXM partners.

Can my tier change over time?
Yes. Tiers can be upgraded or downgraded based on referral performance and activity. Diamond tier terms are governed by individual partner agreements.
When are tiers reviewed?
Performance-based tiers are evaluated on a rolling 30-day basis unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement.
How do affiliate payouts work?
Affiliate commissions are tracked automatically. Once a referral converts and the commission becomes eligible, it is added to your affiliate balance.
What is the minimum payout threshold?
The minimum payout threshold is €50.00. Payouts are only generated once your approved balance reaches or exceeds this amount.
When do payouts happen?
Payouts follow a NET-15 schedule. Payouts are generated 15 days after the end of each month for commissions earned in the previous month.
Do payouts roll over?
Yes. If your balance does not reach the €50 threshold, it automatically rolls over to the next month until the threshold is met.
Which payout methods are supported?
PayPal, Wise, Wire/SWIFT, Local Bank Transfer, and Crypto.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?
Currently supported crypto payout: BTC (Bitcoin).
Do I need to request a payout manually?
No. As long as you have a payout method set and meet the minimum threshold, payouts are generated automatically.
Where can I manage my payout details?
All payout methods, thresholds, and payout status can be managed directly in your affiliate dashboard.
